Mindfulness Mourning was born from personal loss and the understanding that grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and deeply personal.

 

Our mission is to provide support, education, and experiences that support you to navigate loss with greater compassion, mindfulness, and total well being.

Because No One Should Grieve Alone

At the heart of Mindfulness Mourning is the belief that grief deserves time, space, and compassion.

 

Too often, people feel pressure to move on before they are ready or to carry their grief in silence. We believe there is another way. We created this space to support individuals navigating loss, life transitions, and the complexities of grief through education, connection, and mindful practices.

 

Our goal is to provide meaningful support, practical resources, and opportunities for connection that help individuals navigate loss while honouring their unique journey.
